How to a parameter to enter always todays date or todays date plus 1

Instead of using [] to ask for input in which the user can enter today's date or today's date plus 1 day how could I have it automatically choose the current date or add 1 day to the current date and return records for those days?

My tendency would be to create a db that does what I want and run it from Windows Scheduled Tasks.
