Rotate picture? or break report or what?

I am having the user select a picture that I want to print out on the 3rd
page of the report, problem is the rest of the report is Portrait view and I
either need to figure out how to change just the last page to landscape or
rotate the picture on the report. Any ideas?

You can't change a reports print mode mid print.

Print your image out as a separate report, you can format it so that it "appears" to be a continuation of the other pages.
