I need a standard database warehouse, where you can see for example how many pens I have, how many of them are new and so much older. And I takzheskolko handles stock and how many in other stock. We have no idea of what your data base is really about. You have a number of tables and queries, but no description of the "Business", or the associated Processes. So looking at tables, when there is no data model nor business description, is just totally guesswork.

Review this tutorial, to help you identify the business processes and develop a database structure to match your business requirements.

Also, you should review this info from Allen Browne re Inventory.

In addition, there are a number of free existing data models here. You may find something or pieces of things to help you.
You will learn more by working through the tutorial.

I may be able to help you, as a consultant, 6 months or so from now. Designing and implementing a WMS is not a small endeavor. It would take a minimum of 3 months to develop the smallest and simplest system.
