Count is returning the wrong count.

I used an unbound text box in a report page header to count the records in a report. I changed the caption in the label to Record Count, and in the control source I put =[Count]. There are 110 records in the report, but my count is 60. I have used this successfully in Word. What is going on here?

Did you do a Count expression in the query?

In a textbox on report the expression would be: =Count(*)

However in a page header/footer the count will possibly be just the records for that page. If you want count for the entire report, put the textbox in report header/footer or detail section.
