Hi, I have created 3 option button. However, went i try it in form view when i choose 1 of the option button all 3 button also chosen. How to choose 1 only and the result appear in my table...??

It sounds like you created 3 independent option buttons, all bound to the same field. It sounds like you want an option group. The frame of that group would be bound to your field.

Have you applied all of the Service packs and HotFixes? Did you use the wizard to create the OptionGroup?
