Form not showing data present in the bound table

I am converting the Task List template for my purposes and the Task List form is not showing 24 of the entries that are is the source table. Can anyone help me figure out why they are not showing up. Thanks for your help.

Sure, build a new select query that creates the results you desire and compare the new query to the RecordSource of your form.

Thanks...Everything is showing in the other forms and the Query. It is just weird, I compacted the database and then when I reopened the database 24 rows of data were missing from that form...Any suggestions how to get them to display in that form.

When I get unexpected results I employ techniques like what is described in post #2. I do not tell myself I should not be seeing these results and remind myself that compact and repair did not fix it. Just like any study for any field, create a control, study the subject, compare to control.

    Hi -

There are a number of things that could be wrong here, a few questions:

The form that is missing the data - is it showing other records and only missing 24?
What do the 24 missing records have in common, if anything?
How is the form opened - directly from the navigation pane, or by using VBA?
Is there any VBA code in the form, and if so, what are the events that run it?

These are some of the things to look at.

    John,

I actually figured out that I haf program One of the fields to remove completed tasks from the list and I over looked that going through the code. Thanks for everybody's time.
