Simple Access Search Form!

I am trying to make a serch form that searches records based on something like a sales order or like what type of model it is.
I have one working but I didin't create it and Nor can I copy and paste it can someone help?

Is this search form in your db? if so, you can make a copy of it and modify it to suit your needs. Search forms are based on queries that have the form criteria in them.

Well when i make the copy what do i need to change in order to make it for this qryFabrication_Schedule_Person1_BySO#

You change the criteria in the qry to suit your needs and also to point to your search form.
Example: Forms!YourSearchFormName!SomeFieldInQry
