    Removing Duplicates

    Hello everyone,

I am not so familiar with Microsoft Access. Therefore, my problem might be very easy. I would really appreciate if you could help.

I have three columns as its shown below as a sample. I would like to detect same text between system ID and Selection System, then delete this row completely from the table in a new querry. For instance, I would like to delete the last row for this case.

Could you help to find how to do it? I tried to do Removing Duplicates option in Querry wizard but it didnt give the right answer.

    Thanks,

    Heffer

The first question is "Why are there duplicates?"
Tell us about your table - does it have a Primary Key?
