Purchase Order database with multiple quantities

I am creating a database for purchase orders. I have almost everything created except for the order items. In the table I created how would I be able to add multiple parts that the customer orders to one purchase order? I have attached a word doc to show how it looks and highlighted what I am talking about. I have also attached the database I am working on named AceVision1. Thanks for any help.

Not much of a db - only 1 table. No tables for products or vendors or customers (are you selling or just buying?).

If you want to allow multiple items for each order, then need a 'child' table. This is a 1-to-many relationship. Review http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010098674.aspx

I agree with June7 -- a one table database is extremely rare.
I suggest you write a 5-6 line description of how this PurchaseOrder fits within the business.
Are there Customers, Products, Suppliers? -- How do you change the Price of a Product?

Also, you really should adopt a naming convention that doesn't allow spaces or special characters within field and object names. Use only alphanumeric and "_" underscore in your names. It will save you many syntax issues.

Did you ever get this worked out? I have a similar problem with a PO database that only has one table
