    Form "Enter Parameter Value" Pop-Up

I have Created This Macro (Photo1) to Display Clients Home Address on A Bing Map, however, When I run Code I get A "Enter Parameter Value" Pop-Up. (Photo2) When I actually enter ClientID number in this case 5 it Does what I want See (Photo3). How do I get it to open directly to form with out Enter Parameter Value popup?

It is because your form name looks to me as "FrmFuneralNavigationTabForm". It looks like you are using navigation form and as far as I remember, the syntax for referring to controls in Navigation form is different from regular sub-form. though I am not sure about it.
this should work as criteria -
    =[Forms]![FuneralNavigationTabForm]![NavigationSubform]![ClientID]
