I have created a button with Macro located on form in record my first of many I hope. It does what I want except I want it to display only last record. Currently it is displays first record and I have to scroll. See attached photo of what I have. Thank Everyone for all your help. I really love Access 2010

I don't use macros at all so fill me in here, what are you trying to do, open a query and a form with the same button? Is there a chance you could zip your database up and upload a copy to this website for examination. If your database contains private information make a copy of it, take out any sensitive information (or change it) then zip it up and upload it.
