how do i place an employee picture from employee table into the asset table's form

I have an employee table with employee code and employee picture, I want to put each employees picture next to the particular asset that the employee is assigned to when you bring that asset up in the assets form. I was thinking it would have to be done with a sub-form.

Hi -

Create a query joining the employee and assets tables using the employee number to join them, and then base the form you are using on that query. The form will then be able to reference all the fields from Employee that are included in the query.
