Exporting Report into MS Word??

I have a Report that contains, among other things, Pictures & Check Boxes. When I try to export into a Word (.rtf) document,the Data exports just fine, but the pictures & check boxes are lost.

Is there a way to export the Report into Word keeping all formatting intact?

Are you trying to export to word in order to better distribute the report or do you want the ability to edit the report once it's in word? If it's just a case of distributing you can opt to use PDF.

I want the ability to edit the report once it is in word (at least my customer may). I have successfully sent them a PDF, but am anticipating that they will want it in word so they can translate the information into other languages.

Looking at it, it appears Access only exports to Rich Text which doesn't support the objects you're trying to keep (check boxes, etc). While a Microsoft Word Documents (.docx) might be able to I don't see an option to export to that format. Someone else here may have a way to do what you're asking for, but in my mind it doesn't sound possible to keep these objects in a rich text format.
