    alphabetical order of lists

    Hello

I have set up some drop down multiselect options and organized the menu options in a certain order.

When I click the field, the options come out exactly as I would like them on Tables and Forms. Unfortunately after they are selected (and if I then transfer to a "Report"), they automatically become alphabeticalized. I do NOT want the options reported in alphabetical order.

How (if possible) can I stop Access from re-ordering my options on reports?

    thanks!

check sorting and grouping options for the report, and what the report is based on may have a sort order set.
