    Access table deleted but memory remains same

    Hi all,

    Im new to this forum.



    I need solution from you all. please help.

    there is two tables in my access file. I have deleted one of them (right click on the table and selected delete and didn't delete the records inside the table) but the memory remains same.

    how to free memory?

    finally I found how to sort out this. I used tools>database utilities>compact and repair...

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
