Save SQL Query while in design mode and font goes white (code unreadable)

I am running MS Access 2013 on Windows 7 64-bit which was installed with Office365. When I create or open an existing SQL query in design mode and then save it -the font color changes from black to invisible (white?) making the code unreadable. If I close the query and open it again the code is visible again (black font). If I keep it open I can actually copy the area where the invisible code exists and paste it into notepad where it will be visible. Is there a setting I can change to prevent this issue. Thanks.

Never heard of this. I don't know of any setting but I have no experience with 2013 and Office365. Intend to avoid both as long as possible, probably retire first.

Do you have other computers with 2013 and Office365? Same behavior?

Thanks for responding. I have one other Win7/64 laptop with MS Access 2013 installed and the same thing happens with it.

That laptop is also Office365? Certainly compounds the mystery.

If you want to provide db, follow instructions at bottom of my post. I will try opening it in 2010 and see if the behavior still exhibits or maybe someone with same setup as you will jump in and test it.
