    Employee Schedule 5-2, 5-3

    Hi All,

I need to create a database that will produce a monthly employee schedule. It is a 5 days on - 2 days off, 5 days on - 3 days off recurring schedule.
the info for this database/report is stored in a separate database with which I will link the employee table with the following info:

    1. Employee name
    2. Employee Platoon (A, B, C or D)
    3. Employee Tour (1, 2 or 3)
    4. Employee start time (22:00 format)

In the attachment is a sample report that is made is excel for March 2014. The report should look just like that. The problem I have is the 5-2, 5-3 schedule.

    Thank you

Are you sure? The output from the thread examples is much like the example you posted. At least it should provide coding ideas.
