Unhappy Report keeps asking a for field value!

    Hi,

I have a report that is based on a query that contains only 1 field.
When I run the report i get a window that asks for employee id field which is not part of the query fields! It is part of the table though where the query gets its field.
If I press just enter report displays the correct data!!!

    Please see attached pictures.

    PLEASE HELP ME!

Look at Sorting and Grouping. It may be there.

I do not have 2007 so I am of limited help but I assume this field was part of the original Report which was subsequently altered.

Open the query in design mode and switch to SQL View and copy and paste that information in a post please.
