Macro can execute PrintOut and OutputTo actions.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I don't build or use web database so don't know why it fails. I tried web search for info and this was all I could find http://accessindepth.blogspot.com/20...s-viewing.html

If direct to default printer using PrintOut fails, at the very least should be able to open the printer dialog from the button with: DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdPrint

    I don't use SharePoint but...

When using a web browser, actions like Save, Print etc. will require User Interaction with a confirmation window. This is built in security by the Windows OS. Not sure if it is relevant here but should be considered when trying to automate.
