Report grouping surnames but missing individual first names

I have a report generated from a query that work fine except that it is grouping on Surname. This is what I ant. But there are three people with the same surname and different first names. It is showing the first persons surname and first name but grouping the other two records together without showing the first name. Is there a way around this or do delete query and recreate without any groupings?

What I do in situations like this is, in the query that the report depends upon, create an alias. I concatenate the fields together and use that in as an alias. Then, in the report, I group on the alias.

Why are you grouping? Does each person have a unique ID? Group on the ID. Why isn't it grouping all 3 records together? Why is the one record separated?
