    yes i am duplicating data onto another sheet so i will not have all the others there with it. I am not sure how else to do it. I try everything i can find to see if i can get it to work for me.

    Save the ID and retrieve associated data from source table by joining tables in query. That's the way relational database is supposed to work. Tables are related by primary and foreign key fields and data is not duplicated (okay, duplicated only with strong justification).
