Report View and Print Preview are two different things in newer versions of Access. In report view you can have user interaction with controls, like the Tab Control. In print preview, you can not. I believe if you print a report the controls will not appear.
I dont want to print the control...i want to print the content of the muliple tabs..
Then don't use the tab control in your report.
A report's maximum width/height is 22 inches, you should be able to fit 6 pages into that space, you just have to control the width/height of your data showing with a little finesse.
The thing is that i need to print the data in 6 different pages which is bigger than 22 inches.
no it's not. If you are printing on 8.5 x 11 paper you can fit 6 pages on the 22x22 area
(7.5 x 3 = 21.5 inches (width) which is 3 pages wide with a half inch margin)
(10 x 2 = 20 inches (height) which is 2 pages vertically with a half inch margin)
As I said you'd have to manage your data with a little finesse but 22x22 is plenty for 6 pages worth of information.
