    Page Breaks

    Hi Guys

    Another question

I have a report based on main database that list all "Sites" by Manager, when i open the report it gives me all the details as I want, what I would now like to do is page break at the end of each manager, in addition the each record as a "completed" and "active" field I only want to show on the report the "Active" Records.

ie:- After it reports all the Active marked sites for 1 manager is starts the second manager on a new page, can this be done? and how do I do it?

Have you created a Group section on the Manager? Try the ForceNewPage property of the group footer section.

Select the Manager group footer section (will have to activate footer in the Grouping & Sorting set up). ForceNewPage is on the Property Sheet.

Right click on the Site Manager Header bar and open the Grouping & Sorting designer. In the designer at bottom of form, activate the associated Site Manager Footer. Select the Site Manager Footer bar and look for the ForceNewPage property.
