    compatibility from 2010 to 2007

So I'm building my Database at home using 2010 and tried to bring it to the office for a test run. All the local machines at the office run 2007. Needless to say it wouldn't open. I believe the only reason it wouldn't open is because in one of my tables I have a calculated field. I'm not sure about the lookup fields if that is backward compatible. Anyways, is there any ideas other than building the whole thing over again at the office. I looked at the save options on my 2010 access and there was no 2007 formats, only 2000 and 2003. So how can I be sure that all my functions will work on the 2007 access software at the office without actually spending hours after work in the office?

You have a calculated field in a table? See if you can remove the field, add it to a query if you absolutely need it, and then try running it on 2007.

As always, save a back up first.
