    Dynamic Query

    Hi, I'm using an access Database for an ISP and I would like to make a dynamic query that will lists me all clients that are at the end of the date, and if there is any client that didn't pays for more than one month to list the total of his sum.

    Thanks a lot!

    Not knowing your data structure, hard to be specific.

    What is the date referenced in 'end of the date' - a membership expiration or something like that?

    Maybe something like the following:

    SELECT * FROM tablename WHERE [date field] <= Date();

    SELECT clientID, Sum(invoices) - Sum(payments) As Total FROM [table or query name] WHERE [payment date] <= DateAdd("m",-1,Date()) GROUP BY clientID;
    How to attach file: To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
