Database Help or Macro Help

I have a database with telephone numbers and I would like for the database to automagically format the field to (xxx) xxx-xxxx, but I can't find anywhere to set this up. Can someone please help me out here by point me in the right direction or tell me how to design a "Macro" to change the field from xxxxxxxxxx to (xxx) xxx-xxxx

You can adjust the properties of a text box to include an input mask. The Data tab in the properties window for the control will have a field for "Input Mask". You can use a mask that is predefined by the wizard when you click the ellipses to the right of the field. The ellipses (...) will appear when you set focus inside the property field.
