Target Date Based on Created Date

    Hello,
This is my first post on this forum and I would like to thank everyone in advance for all the time and effort.

    My question:
I am trying to calculate the number of days between two dates (network days excluding weekends). I have a date that the document was created on and a target date to be shipped based on the created date. Below is an example:

Target Date is every Thursday at 2pm. We want to capture the days between created on date and the target date.
Created on Date: 12/13/2013 at 2pm (to make the example easier), because this date is on a Friday we want the target date and time to be 12/19/2013 at 2pm.
The end result I would like is 4 days.

The area where I need the most help is assigning the target date to each Thursday based on the create date.TargetDate Example.zip

Attached is a spreadsheet with the dates and times.
