Hold down the SHIFT key while opening db. This will override project settings that have disabled the ribbon and shortcut menus. Those settings are found in File > Options > Current Database
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
