How can I Access UPS website for freight charges within my program

I am trying to modify my access-based accounting program to be able to access the UPS website for their freight rates. I want to take my customer's zip code along with the products weight and get realtime freight charges from the UPS website.

Have you talked to UPS support? Or studied their technical literature?

Have you tried creating an InternetExplorer.Application object? I am going to guess that there will be quite a large amount of code to automate your request. Not sure if they offer an API or not.
