    The db doesn't look like the image.

    Each date/time/percent would be a new record. This is normalization.

    If you want a parent table for the date and then child table for the times, that is okay, not sure I would bother with this split.

    But instead of fields for each percent category, normalization would be more like the suggested table in my previous post.
