System Requirements for running Windows Server/MySQL?

Trying to put together a client-server system for our database. I would say the database eventually could get up to around 10GB of data. It will be a dedicated database server, wont have any other function but I was thinking of putting Microsoft Server 2012 on it and MySQL as a backend to an Access front end.

What server system requirements would it take to run this system? Would this server be sufficient if I maxed out the RAM (32G) and put in 2 or 3 HDDs?...

Also would you recommend going with anything other than Access as a front end? If so why? Thanks!

WHAT is the business issue/problem/opportunity? How many users? How many concurrent users? How many locations/access points? Does it have to be internet capable?
    Who will design the database?
Why have you identified 2 back ends?
Microsoft Server 2012 on it and MySQL as a backend

Only about <10 users with <5 concurrent, its a database to store inventory, and traceability of parts manufacturing. about 10 access points and does need to be internet capable behind a Sonicwall Firewall/VPN. Windows Server is the OS, MySQL is the BE

I read the Microsoft server as SQL Server --my bad. Seems you have enough horsepower. Who will design/build the application?
    Good luck with your project.

Thanks, I'll actually be building the application -- thats when the fun starts!
