Unique ID for Multiple Form Instances

I have created a database with the following components:
    1. A backend which holds the data tables
    2. Multiple copies of the frontend which holds the GUI to access the backend

I have created a form which has a unique ID. If multiple instances of the form are opened at the same time, I am getting duplicate IDs. Is there a better way to do this?

What does having an ID for the form do for you? Does not the form's name also act as a unique ID?
