Query that will keep the one to many relationship from the orginal table

I have the following with a 1 to many relationship and I would like a query to keep that relationship so I can post it in a subform and have the Drop down with the yellow highlighted stuff. So what I would like is the yellow highlight area in my FORM to look like the highlighted area in the Table.Click image for larger version.

    thanks for any help

You have two forms set as Datasheet view and you want one dependent on the other?

It is possible to nest forms and get the appearance of the nested tables, at least I have seen it but never used.

    Otherwise, review: http://www.fmsinc.com/MicrosoftAcces...edSubforms.asp
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
