Send multiple e-mails through Outlook based on query

I have a query that return data elements I would like to use to automate e-mail(s) via MS Outlook to notify appropriate system administrators to to set users up with new network accounts, software applications, hardware, etc.

The attached Word document shows the query results and the txt file show three samples of how these e-mails would go out to the appropriate recipient as identified in the query result.

Ideally I would like for a single click to automatically send out all of the e-mails (in this example three diffferent e-mails to three different recipients).

Any help would be most graciously appreciated.
