Need Help about Normalization

Hi guys! So I'm new here and i need help badly.. i have a quiz that will due on Monday


So this was my Quiz..

Requirements are simple ( 1.0 grade) :
	Normalize the Data
	Build a working relational database using access
	Import the data to access (obvious)
To get a higher grade you must refine your database
	Use Data Validation techniques
	Improve aesthetics of Forms & craft useful reports.
