    Export datato ANSI X12 format

I have a healthcare client that I need to create an 837-5010 file for, using the service and billing information in Access 2010. Any idea on how to export such? The 837 file format is ANSI X12 and is delimited by space and special character like asterisk.

What does ANSI X12 mean - just defines the structure of a text file, still uses same alpha-numeric character set?

VBA can open a text file object and write text strings to the file.
