Growth Calculation?

Hi all. New to Access. I have a question about calculating monthly sales growth. Basically I have three columns [Date], [Sales] and [Sales guy]. How do I create a time series to the right of these table columns to show the monthly change in sales by each sales rep? The existing time series is constructed on a monthly basis. I was tinkering with cross-tabs but unfortunately didn't land anywhere. Fortunately I found a work around on a sister site: http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/Gro...-t2008134.html Thanks for your help.
