Turn Off Error Messages for Printing

Hey guys, quick question. I created a menu in access with various buttons that open different label reports in print preview on click. Some of these labels have warnings that some data may not be displayed because of the margins. Now the labels print fine, but I want to remove this error message so it doesn't confuse the end-user. I tried the "SetWarnings" macro and put it to "No," but had no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I can't remember how I have solved this problem in the past.

Have you adjust the margins in print preview?

Can you go to the PRINTER'S properties and adjust margins there?

In the end, I believe certain printers have limits of how close to the margins they will print. The application may error on the side of caution and try to increase the safety zone, so to speak. I don't know that you can turn off those warnings globally. I think it has to do with communication to the device through its drivers.

I guess you could revert back to your original margins and shrink your font size.
