Hi all experts,
I have created 3 tables for volunteers who work for small community org.
My tables are -
1. Personal details (Name, Address, DOB etc..)
2. Skill set - For same peoples skills Ex- First Aid, Drivers Licence, WWC etc..)
3. Onsite Training ( Transport clients, hoist clients, wheel chair use etc..)
On my personal details table I have auto number as primary key. All the volunteers have their unique security numbers. On my other tables I do not have any primary keys or foreign keys. I understand I need some sort of keys to do the relationship but I do not know which field to use as primary key. ????? This is one problem
I have created three forms for each table. I am going to created a main form and tabs on it to brows other forms (Hyperlink) Now I need Search Name field (Combo box or search box) on each form. Then user can look-up (search) for the relevant name to enter data. I do not know how to do this. ????? This is the second problem.
I hope you understand what I am talking about. I am an absolute beginner and learnt this far from online free tutorials and books. Please someone take some time to explain this to me.
