migrating tbl's to mysql. forms not acting correctly

i have been building a database for 2 years now and i am wanting to explore online booking. my database is primarily an appointment book. i have looked into sharepoint but that does not seem a viable solution so i have decided to go with mysql. i have been having a play with it today and managed to get the table into mysql. the problem i now have is that forms do not act as they did before i moved my tables into mysql. the vba and opening forms on new record dont seem to happen.

has anyone got any advise on how to migrate successfully to mysql?
