Between dates or even date year

I'm trying to code in between dates in VBA



I would prefer that anything with Year 2013

Year() maybe?

in the date field with an IF changes another field to a different value based on that year.

I'm not sure how to ask it just to look for the year rather than putting dates between...

You want a WHERE clause in a query?

WHERE Year([fieldname])= [input year]
