Access front end for users without MS Access installed.

    Hi,
    I'm using MS Access 2010.

What steps do I need to take to deploy the front end of my split database to users who do not have ms access installed on their machines?
I know that installing the access runtime on the users' machines is one of the steps.
Does my Access DB front end have to be an exe file? Or do i just put a copy of the front end on the various users' machines?
Any other suggestions for the best ways to do this?
    Thanks!

No, you install the runtime version and give them your front end file. The runtime is basically Access without any design capability.

    Thanks, Paul! Appreciate it.
Is there a way to automate the process of getting a new version onto my Users' machines whenever I have made changes that are ready to be implemented?
When I work with Visual Studio Windows applications - there is functionality included that whenever I put a a new version of the app in the network location, it gets downloaded to the User's machine whenever the User next runs it.
Is there something handy-dandy like that for Access 2010?

I use a version table in the front end and create little exe's that check the version on the PC vs the version on the server. There's also:
