    Report Error

    I am using code for output to a folder




    DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "payment_log", acFormatXLS, "E:\intel\Redemptions\APAC\ICICI\Database\Attachme nts\" & format(Now(),"dd/mmmm/yyyy) & "_Finance.xls"

    I get the error that microsoft access is not able to export.

    Please Help!!

    For starters, get rid of the slashes in the date, which are likely invalid in a file name.

    Agree with PBaldy, and instead you should use the following to format the date:
    Format(Date, "MM-DD-YYYY")

    the Now() function returns the date and time of day, PM or AM
