VBA Code to exclude codes

I have to run certain reports and every time I have to type out or copy a long criteria command, “<"399" And <>"356" And <>"311" And <>"306" And <>"312" And <>"313" And <>"314" And <>"315" And <>"193" And <>"350"”… is there a VBA code I can write where I don’t have to do this every time?
