Virus or lack of intelligence?

Afternoon guys!

I'm currently working on Access 2007-2010 and have created 3 drop down menus, all have been populated successfully but 1 of the menus doesn't not want to display the field even if its selected, I've dis-allowed zero length but Access still tells me that the field is empty? And before you ask I checked the font colour!

Any help would be epic, i'm attaching a screen shootAccess Email.doc you can look at if you feel I haven't explain it properly.
