Question How do I display info automatically in a form (relationship or code??)

I have a form with a combo box to choose a 'Practice Name' from a drop down list. Once I have chosen this, I would like the corresponding 'Practice code' to be displayed in a box beside this (and transferred to the record on the database).

    How do I do this?

.. I think I have to add a text box, but what do I need to type into that box for it to fetch the corresponding code? .. and how will access know what the corresponding code will be ?!?
