Access Query help

I have what may be beyond the scope of this Forum.I Have an Access database with years of stock Data stored on it.I'm trying to create a query with a calculated field [10 Day Volatility] that would calculate the previous 1o Day Volatility(I would like to be able to change that variable,maybe through a userform).I currently do this calculation in Excel but It only does 1 security at a time. I would like to be able to perform this on a list of securities,So I believe that the power of an access query would probably be a better choice(Similar to a Metastock Exploration).Does anybody Know if this can be done in access?

your problem requires a little more explanation perhaps if you could give me the table structure.
