admin/password login - four digit like in excel (no code required?)

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. You know how in excel you can prevent something from opening because of a basic function that prompts you to type in a four digit passcode? Does Access have that basic functionality?

I don't know how to code and excel doesn't require code to be able to do that. It's just a wonderful option that it has. I just want to know if access has something cool like that, which will not require me to code.

Requirement from my boss, and again, not a programmer. So if that's the only option, could I get help with inputting code to make that happen?
