Multivalue field / checklist dropdown list

    Hi,

I have a form that has a dropdown list of tasks (1,2,3 etc). I want to be able to assign mutliple tasks to a user (a,b,c etc). Therefore a user may have more then 1 task ei: user A has tasks 1,2 and 3.

When I create de dropdown list I can not get a combox where I select more than 1 task.

I know I have to create a table of users with a multivalue field or lookup field. However when I create the combox I don't get a checkbox.

    Help

With table in design view, on the Lookup tab for the field, select combobox (or listbox) then set the AllowMultipleValues property.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Thanks Super Moderator, you put me on the right track the AllowMultipleValues property options was not showing. I realize that was because my db was saving under version 2003 where it not available.

    Thanks again
