Thank you for your reply. Yep I followed your instruction what I did. I changed only one thing from the ControlSource property. Nothing else.

Then there is nothing else I can do. Must be something wrong with your system that goes beyond the db. Again, all I did was download your last posted database and made the one change and the form works properly. Is there another computer you can test on?

Thank you for your reply. I copy this version on my friend machine and tried it. It is working fine. Do you have any ideas why I am using MS office 2007 on my machine and it does not work?

I can not go through on doing access programming on my machine. I have tried to unintall MS offfice and re-install it again on my Machine. It is same as before.
Any Ideas for me? Many Thanks.

I had issues with uninstalling Access 2007 when I upgraded to Access 2010 so I downloaded a script called OffScrub07 to help with the uninstall. http://blogs.technet.com/b/odsupport...-products.aspx

We have confirmed the code works on two computers but not on yours. Other than reformatting the computer back to factory condition and reinstalling software, there is nothing I can suggest.

In Staff Form, I tried to display "OutstandingTime Value". Default Value I set to "=[Outstanding]![TimePeriod]-[Outstanding]![ActualPaidBack-Time]" , Click "Form Veiw" and the "OutstandingTime" would be displayed on "#Name?" . Bascially, I would like to count the value on "OutstandingTime" (For Example Staff Wong Cherry : TimePeriod:200 - ActualPaidBack-Time:80 = 120 will be OutstandingTime).

The expression in textbox would be:

    =[TimePeriod]-[ActualPaidBack-Time]

Yes, that is a calculated value. Do calculation in query or in textbox.
